Special Process

Special processes include Heat treatment, Surface treatment, Rubber molding, and Non-Destructive Testing. Dongwon Precision Co., Ltd. has formed a consortium and conducts these special processes in cooperation with various specialized companies.

  • Heat Treatment

    A process performed to satisfy the Mechanical Properties(Strength & Hardness).

  • Surface Treatment

    A treatment that improves Corrosion Resistance and Abrasion Resistance by applying a metal film or paint to the surface of a metal
    (e.g., Plating, Phosphating & Painting, etc.)

  • Rubber Molding

    A finishing method on sharp edges of the product by applying rubber

  • Non-Destructive Test

    An inspection conducted to check the material, performance, defects, etc. without destroying the product

  • Welding

    The process of bonding different products made of metal or plastic under very high heat and pressure to form the desired shape.
